Oak house has a dedicated Guest's Lounge with armchairs, settee, TV, Radio, CD Player, Video player and Sky Satellite reception. It also has an open wood burning fire which is provided with it's fuel from the woods surrounding the house, an easily replenished and renewable source of energy which has been in use for hundreds of years.

Breakfast is taken in the Guest's Breakfast room which is located next to the Guest's Lounge on the ground floor.
A varied choice of menu is available consisting of :-
fruit juices / cereals / fresh fruit salad / yoghurts.
This is followed by a full Irish cooked breakfast or any combination of the contents or egg, tomato, beans on toast plus additional brown or white toast as required with your choice of tea or coffee.

All rooms have Tea/Coffee making facilities.
Baby cot, high chair, iron & ironing board are available on request.
The upstairs hall retains it's original wooden floor and all bedrooms are fully carpeted.
Breakfast is served until 9.30 a.m. daily.
There is a Private Car Park for guests.
